Single Fiber WDM

Single fiber transceivers offer network designers the ability to double network capacity without running new fiber. No software upgrade is required: 1) Replace your existing LX transceiver with C1’s single fiber product; 2) Add an additional C1 single fiber part to an additional port; 3) split your existing fiber cable to use two simplex cables instead of one duplex. To more than double bandwidth on a span, C1’s WDM transceivers and passives can be used to gain a 4x increase per strand.
