As our first pluggable 10G form factor developed, Champion ONE’s XENPAK 10G pluggable fiber optic transceiver stands apart from earlier form factors. It is a transponder, with the physical interface housed within the module. Because of this, the number of pins required in the electrical interface is much higher than SFPs or GBICs, and the housing is much larger and requires metal fins for heat dissipation.

Dual Fiber

Our dual fiber XENPAK pluggable 10G form factor is available in a variety of rated distance options, including 30m, 10km and 80km.

DWDM

Our XENPAK DWDM optics are available in 40 standard ITU DWDM channels and offers a ZR/ZW (80km) rated distance option.
