Champion ONE’s XFP form factor was developed mirroring the SFP in response to requests for a smaller form factor than the XENPAK and X2.  The XFP also mimicked the SFP in that it became a multi-protocol, multi-rate 10G pluggable transceiver, able to support SONET, Ethernet and Fibre Channel protocols and their ‘10G’ line rates.

Single Fiber

Champion ONE’s single-fiber or bi-direction XFP is available in 10km and 40km rated distance options.

Dual Fiber

Our dual-fiber XFP supports a number of protocols and data rates, including 10G Ethernet LAN/WAN, 10G Fibre Channel, 10G Ethernet LAN/WAN with FEC and OC-192.

CWDM

Our XFP CWDM optics are unique in the industry and are available in eight standard CWDM wavelengths, from 1470-1610nm with 20nm spacing.

DWDM

Champion ONE’s XFP DWDM components are available in 40 standard ITU DWDM channels, including 20-61 (1528.77-1561.42nm).

As with all of our products, Champion ONE’s 10G fiber optic products are standards-based solutions that support more cost-effective fiber deployments.

Champion ONE’s CWDM XFPs are unique to the industry, as XFPs are typically not available in CWDM wavelengths. Our XFP small form-factor pluggable fiber optic transceivers support 10G Ethernet LAN/WAN, with and without Forward-Error Correction (FEC), OC-192, 8G and 10G Fibre Channel.
